The FIWA med tex Wound Dressing comes in a size of 8 cm x 5 m and is housed in a skin-colored fabric material.

The wound dressing features a stiff texture while being air and water vapor permeable. It is non-adhesive and has a high absorption capacity due to its cellulose wound pad. The product's adhesive is made of a skin-friendly and natural zinc oxide rubber compound.

The wound dressing is suitable for covering smaller injuries and is to be used externally. It is recommended to store the product in a dry and dust-free environment. The wound dressing can be sterilized if a validated procedure is used.

The wound dressing is in conformity with the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC and is classified as Class I, Rule 4. The conformity assessment procedure is in accordance with Annex VII.
