Diclofenac Zentiva® 25 mg film-coated tablets contain 25 mg of diclofenac potassium per tablet. They are used for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever in adults and adolescents aged 16 years and older. It is important not to take this medication for more than 4 days for pain or 3 days for fever without consulting a doctor. If symptoms persist or worsen, a doctor should be consulted. The tablets should be taken with plenty of liquid, without chewing, and should not be taken on an empty stomach. This medication should be used with caution in patients with certain conditions, such as liver or kidney dysfunction. It should be avoided in patients with a history of allergies to diclofenac or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), as well as in patients with a history of certain gastrointestinal conditions or bleeding disorders.
